Make sure the tenant is correct: The top of the screen should say “cityofgainesville”
Make sure the Web address is correct: https://wd5.myworkday.com
Click on the gear icon in the upper left.

Search for Workday in the app store. Make sure you are updating the correct app.

Then “Manage Organization”
