Retiree - 1099R

Retirees do not receive a W-2. Workday doesn’t support 1099R so the forms are prepared in another software and mailed to the retiree’s address of record in Workday.

NOTE: Retirees Only- 1099R are mailed to a recipient's home address in Workday.  Please make sure that your current address is listed in your contact information.  Need to update your personal information click on the link Change My Contact Information or Change My Contact Information ‘Mobile App’.  For any Questions on 1099R, please contact Payroll at 352-334-5057 or email: citypr@ci.gainesville.fl.us.
