OVERVIEW:
This job aid demonstrates how to add or change Workday Contact Information including personal email or phone number for use in Multi-Factor Authentication.
NOTE: The visibility of sensitive information is controlled by individual users’ security profiles. Therefore, you may not have access to (all) the information within this Job Aid.
STEPS:
- Log in to your Mobile Application and click on Profile Picture.
- Click on Actions.
3. Scroll and look for Personal Data, and choose.
4. Change My Home Contact Information.
5. Click the pencil and edit the information and click Done.
6. Scroll down and Click on Submit to update the information.
NOTE: You must click Submit for the information to update.
