- Log in to your Workday account.
- Click the global navigation Menu icon at the top left home page to access applications and shortcuts. The Search Box at the middle of the home page makes it easy to search people, tasks, reports, and business data you would like to navigate to.
If you forget your password this is the best way to resolve the issue
Steps
1. Click on Workday Native Authorization
2. Click on forget password
3. You will see this interface
4. Put in your Username: 10-digit Workday ID i.e. 0000012345
5. Put in the personal email the City of Gainesville has on file
6. Click submit

NOTE: If either one of these is incorrect it will not send an email so may need to call the help desk at 352-393-1111

7. Open your personal email and get the email
8. Open the link which allows you to put in a new password
a. Your new password cannot be the same as your current or temporary password or user name.
b. Your new password must have at least 8 characters.
c. Your new password must contain at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, at least one number (0-9), and at least one special character from this list: f!"#$%&'()*+,-./:;=>?@[\]^_`{|}~
d. Your new password cannot be the same as your last four (4) passwords.
